On-Site Service
Quanta provides on-site service nationwide. Standard contracts call for a response time of 8 business hours/next business day. If standard response time does not fit the customers needs,a custom agreement can be made to fit the customers needs.
Standard services for on-site contracts are;

Full examination of the printer for future potential problems

Preventive maintenance
Time and materials is available to our customers if a need occurs which is outside of normal contract coverage and on-site service is required. Non contract customers may use this service billed at an hourly rate.
Depot Service
For our customers who wish to have a fixed rate on less critical equipment, Quanta offers a depot contract. The customer pays for shipping to Quanta`s repair facility. After repair,Quanta ships the equipment back to the customer via UPS ground. Quanta`s average in house repair is 2 days.

Depot extended warranty
A Manufacturer`s warranty can be extended at the time the equipment is purchased. This gives our customers a fixed contracted services cost that can be extended up to 3 years. These contracts must take place at the time of purchase.
Time and Materials (T&M)
For customers who do not wish to have maintenance contracts Quanta offers service on a time and materials basis. The customer pays for shipping to Quanta`s repair facility. Quanta services the product at an hourly basis of $85.00 per hour and returns it to the customer when service is completed. Quanta`s average in house repair is 2 days.
RMA Number
All products that are being shipped to Quanta`s repair facility for service or warranty must have a RMA number assigned to it. An RMA number can be assigned either thru this web page or by calling Quanta at 810-227-3046
