Our depot services are contracted to allow you to ship equipment directly to Quanta for repair, calibration, or preventative maintenance services at a fixed rate.
Q-Pro On-Site Service
Quanta provides contracted on-site technical services with agreements that define a response time to fit your specific service and repair needs.
Q-Pro Time/Materials
Quanta provides installation and technical repair services on an hourly basis, with an average in house repair taking 1 to 2 business days. Shipping to and from Quanta is normally coordinated by the local site to ensure the appropriate timing and carrier is managing the delivery.
As a factory authorized sales and service provider for over 30 years, Quanta’s professional services team is formally trained and certified so that support can be tailored to your specific needs. Our technicians are your technical support team, contracted through either a depot service, time and material service, and/or on-site service agreement.
